    August 17, 1939 - February 20, 2021

    Dollie Wilson Ehrlich of Huntersville N.C passed away Saturday, February 20, 2021. Dollie was born August 17, 1939 in Charlotte N.C. She married and divorced at a young age and raised three children while working at Ivey’s in Charlotte. In 1973 Dollie married Marvin Ehrlich and moved to Lake Waterlee, SC. Upon his retirement from the Air Force they returned back to Charlotte. After Marvin’s retirement from the Police Force, they moved to Huntersville. Dollie took a job working at Hardees as the night manager. Dollie was a dedicated homemaker, wife mother and caregiver. She loved her family, taking care of others, working around the house, reading and playing BINGO. Mrs. Ehrlich is preceded in death by her husband of 39 years Marvin Ehrlich; father Samuel Wilson, mother Ada Mae Wilson, son Timothy Wright, sisters; Elizabeth Hargett, Jean Wilson, Hellen Edwards, Janet Stegall, and brother James Wilson. She is survived by her children, Patricia Combs, husband Billy Combs of Beach City, TX; Janice Pinder of Huntersville NC; Debra Lyell, husband Danny Lyell of Ridgeway, SC; and Paul Ehrlich of Florida. Grandchildren; Timothy Wright Jr, Mark Wright, Adrian Combs, Cody Combs, Colman Cockrell, Paige Blyth, Jessica Norris, and Lindsey Lyell; numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1:00 Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at James Funeral Home in Huntersville. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Alzheimer Association or The Shriners.
