Dolores Gladys Cremer (Dee), 83, died peacefully on June 11, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born to Dorothy and William Stauder on August 9, 1937. She spent most of her early years in Ozone Park, NY where she danced, sang and competed in roller derbies. Dee was a long time resident of Massapequa, where she and her husband Karl raised their six children before moving to Charlotte, NC. She was involved in producing and directing local theater, an avid bowler and a huge NASCAR fan. Through these hobbies, she made countless lifelong friends. She is predeceased by her loving husband, Karl Cremer, her dear brother, Edward/Dutch and her beloved grandson, Anthony. She is survived by her six children, Joyce (Jerry), Janice, Robin (Steven), Donna (Anthony), Linda (David) and Douglas (Dawn). She was the treasured, fun Nana of Karla (Ben), Dana (Blake), Karl (Stephanie), Nicole, Tyler (Becca), Danielle, Caelan, Jonathan, Anna, Dominic and Connor, and great grandmother to Ryan, Wake, Lincoln and Crew. She was a beloved aunt to Jennifer and Jackie and their families. Anyone who knew Dee knows she was kind, fun, and generous to all. Her door was always open and her home was always filled with food, love and lots of laughs. A service to celebrate Dolores' life will take place on July 8, 2021 at 4pm at James Funeral Home, 10520 Arahova Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078
