Rose Mullis

January 27, 1934 - February 4, 2022

Rose Johnston Mullis (Tootsie) 88 of Huntersville, NC. She has now went to be with the Lord that she loved so much and served faithfully. Now she is reunited with her son Chad Mullis, husband Ted Mullis, brothers, and sisters. She is also with her long time companion Bob Gibson. Rose's passion was gardening and being a florist. She made floral arrangements in honor of friends and family that had passed before her. She was a devoted Christian and was a member of Christ Community Church. Her love for her grandchildren was unwavering. Left to cherish her memory is her son Richard Hunter, her two granddaughters Cecilia Rose Mullis (Cici), and Kathleen Grace Mullis (Gracie). Her sister and brother-n- law Georgia and Stacy Oxendine. Her Sister-N-Law Jean (Richard) Johnston, nieces and Nephews. Her friend Faith Parker and many friends and neighbors who she loved dearly. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. service time Friday, February 11 at James Funeral Home. Burial will follow at NorthLake Memorial Gardens.
