It was a great joy to gather around with family yesterday to celebrate Marion's life. I do mean celebrate with those we have not seen for a while (since the last funeral?) You would have loved it Marion. I'm sure you were looking down from above with Al, Max, and Barbara along with your parents and all the aunts, uncles and cousins who have passed long ago. Although, I miss you all here on earth, I look forward to the day I will join you in paradise. All my love, Phyllis
I am deeply saddened, by the passing of Mr. Lands. I've known Marion, as long as l can remember, having moved to CVI, in 1996. He used to walk around our complex, with his cane, in hand. In more recent years, he would "patrol", by driving around, keeping an eye on things. I always enjoyed talking with him, either just to say hello or to find out what was going on, in our community. I'll miss our conversations, his friendly wave or nod and l will never forget his smile. RIP
