“I want to sincerely thank the team at James Funeral Home for the care and professionalism they showed my family during a very difficult time. Losing my father was incredibly painful, but they treated us with compassion, patience, and respect throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond by helping arrange for my father to be sent back to the Dominican Republic so he could be laid to rest at home with our family. Handling international arrangements can be complicated, but they made everything smooth and guided us through each step. Special thank you, to Mike and Sam for the great job. We truly appreciate their kindness, clear communication, and the dignity they showed my father. Our family is very grateful for their support during such a heartbreaking time.
