Frankie was a lovely lady - thoroughly enjoyed shopping - mainly for hats and clothing for her grand-nieces. She and Pete were regular and hard workers for Holiday Bazaar preparation for many years. A loyal Hopewell member and friend.
I met Miss Frankie several years ago while attending the JOY Group at Hopewell. She was a true Southern Lady and will be missed by so many. I never saw her without a hat, and many called her the Hat Lady. She was so stylish in how she dressed and always brought a smile to my face when I would see her. She is now with her husband, Mr. Pete. I will always remember this dear lady!
There was only one Miss Frankie. She was the best of Hopewell. I always enjoyed my time with her be it at church or in her home. We could talk for hours she and my mother became good friends and would talk long distance on phone She was always a classy lady and we loved those hats and the gloves. She is with her beloved Mr. Pete and is at peace and rest with her Lord. Thanks Miss Frankie for your kindness shown to me and for your gracious spirit and love
