John Emmet Morley, age 77, of Cornelius, died on Sunday, April 29, 2018. He was the son of the late Charles Patrick Morley and Margaret Mary Murray Morley. He was the husband of Joanne Wilfert Morley. Mr. Morley was born in Young Read Obituary

I just saw that John had passed because it went to my old email. I am so very sorry but happy he will have peace now. It has been an honor to be your friend and witness your faithfulness and love as a devoted wife . My prayers and thoughts will be with you.
My sincere condolences to the Morley family in the loss of their beloved husband, father, and grandfather. John and I worked together many years ago for Traveler's Insurance in Boardman, Ohio. He was a great co-worker and a good friend. A few years older than me, he was like a big brother to me. Always a lot of fun and a genuinely nice person. Sounds like he had a good life and I am sure he will be missed. May God comfort all of John's loved ones.
Joanne. Please accept my sincere condolences. As you know, I did not work with John in the FBI, but met him when he was assigned to Charlotte as SAC. After he retired we had many fun telephone conversations and luncheons together. He was a good friend and always fun to be with. We lost contact after my wife died and I remarried and relocated. I am sorry, I did not know that John was so sick. I have John and you in my prayers.
My deepest condolences to Joann and John's family. I am so sorry he was sick for so long. You and John were always very kind to me. I will be praying for you during this very difficult time. May God bless you and wrap His loving arms around you and give you peace.
My sincere condolences to Joanne and John's entire family. I knew John from my visits with my mother at the Regency. He always had a smile and we would make each other laugh every time we conversed. He gave me a different name each time I visited, but we just went with it. He always made my visits with my mother a little bit brighter. Although it's a very sad time, remember John is at peace.

While I never met Mr. Morely he must have been a wonderful man to have raised one of my daughter's favorite high school teachers, Dan Morely. Please know the Telzerow family will be praying for unity and peace as you enter this tender journey.
Our thoughts prayers and condolences go out to Brian Dan, Karen and Michael. We have very good memories with you and your dad from Michigan and I will always remember loving hearing him answer the phone as the FBI agent in charge, straightened me up in my chair!!.... that's probably why I so highly respect the men in blue today....Very fond memories... and may Uncle John rest in peace.
