Alice Louise Hubbard Caldwell's Obituary
Alice Hubbard Caldwell, 76 of Cornelius, NC passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 8, 2023.
Alice was a native of Waddington, NY and moved to NC to be close to her sister where she met her husband, Sam. She was a member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, the Don Bridger Sunday School Class, served in Stevens Ministry visiting shut-ins, and delivered Meals on Wheels for years. She loved to serve and help others. Alice enjoyed cooking, playing cards and most of all spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Caldwell, her parents, L.D. and Mary Hubbard, and sister Barbara Wendt.
She is survived by her two sons, Andy Caldwell (Angela), Tim Caldwell, grandchildren Hunter, Braden and Sara Blake, sister June Brown, and many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Receiving of friends and family will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 22nd at James Funeral Home with a Memorial Service at the funeral home at 3pm.
A reception in the James Funeral Home Community Room will follow the service.
