Alice R. Thurber, of Huntersville, passed away June 24, 2014. A longtime Wilmington resident, she spent the last year and a half near her children in the Lake Norman area outside Charlotte, NC. She was born in Trenton, NJ on Octo Read Obituary

Dear Danny and Mary Ann,
Please know that you are in our prayers during this time of grief. It was wonderful to have known both your parents and to have watched the two of you grow up across and down the street from us in Lincoln Forest. One of my fondest memories was being your dad's co-pilot when your mom gave birth to you, Danny. Our lives are richer for having known your parents.
