Anne Gonzalez's Obituary
Anne Gonzalez, 77, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC. She was born on August 31, 1942, in Ohio, to the late John and Virginia George.
Those who walked along her side describe her as a joyful person who spread sunshine and happiness to their lives.
She called Las Vegas home, where she had a long career in the hospitality industry. However, it was in Puerto Rico, where she lived many years, that she worked as a teacher, met her husband, and started a family. Connecticut and North Carolina also became an important part of her life after having lived in these States for twenty-three years and cultivated lifetime friendships.
Anne is survived by her husband of twenty-two years, Orlando Gonzalez; sons Jason Rivera who resides in Florida, and Glenn Gonzalez stationed in Georgia serving the US Air Force and married to Ambar Cruzatti; granddaughter, Elisa ; and dear sister-like friend Linda Grable from Las Vegas, NV.
The memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 12, at James Funeral Home. The inurnment will be at Northlake Memorial Gardens following the memorial service.

Due to COVID-19, the family will not receive friends following the service.
