Anne Lewis' Obituary
Anne Lewis went home to be with the Lord on October 28, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jo Emory. She is survived by her sister, Kim Barnes (Steve); her nephew, Ryan Barnes (Allison), their son, Jesse, and daughter, Anna; and her niece Amy.
She was Financial Secretary at Pritchard Memorial Baptist Church for 30 years. She was passionate about volunteering for Hospice & Palliative Care, Charlotte Region. She began volunteering in 2001. Since 2008 she volunteered with Levine Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville on Saturday evenings. While there, she particularly enjoyed spending time with the patients and their families. She enjoyed inspirational reading and writing and started her own blog site several years ago for those going through difficult seasons.
A Memorial Mass will be held at Saint Mark Catholic Church in Huntersville at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022.
