Annette Z. Smith, 75 of Charlotte died November 29, 2023. She was born on July 28, 1948 in NY, NY to the late Andrew and Antoinette Zubaley.
Her husband Sanford Y. Smith, Jr. preceded her in death.
A private service will be held at the Salisbury National Cemetery.
