Annie Farrington's Obituary
Annie Lou Farrington, 92, of Cornelius died December 12, 2025 at her home. She was born on August 12, 1933 in Mecklenburg County to the late Bunyan and Addie Hagler. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church and was a owner/operator of Smalls Day Care.
She was preceded in death by her husbands James A. Small, Jr and Harold Edward Farrington and her son, James A. Small, III.
Survivors include her sons, Terry Small and wife Lisa of Cornelius and David Small of Maryland; 5 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, December 18 at Hopewell Baptist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following in the church fellowship hall.
Memorials may be made to the Hopewell Baptist Church Building Fund.
James Funeral Home of Huntersville is serving the family.
