Anthony Julius Derkowski, Jr., age 87, recently of Charlotte, but formerly of Florida passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, with his three daughters by his side. He was the son of the late Anthony Julius Derkowski, Sr, MD, and H Read Obituary
