I had the wonderful pleasure of getting to care for Miss Peggy. We had many conversations and she told me all kinds of stories about her life and her family. My favorite was about her famous corn on the cob that they left on the curb and her family started calling it her corn on the curb. She is definitely missed around these halls.
Peggy was my next door neighbor for many years. We were good friends. We kept each other amused with the precocious remarks of our young grandchildren. Pleasant memories. God bless you, Peggy.
