Betty F. Davis' Obituary
Betty Glyn (Faggart) Davis, 89, of Mooresville, went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on September 7, 1930, in San Diego, California to the late Howard and Beulah Faggart.
She was a loving and giving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She desired to honor the Lord and loved the Psalm, “May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.”
In addition to her parents, Betty is predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Tom Davis.
Betty is survived by her sons, Tommy Davis (Lynette) of Huntersville, Scott Davis (Vernelle) of Mooresville, and Jeff Davis (Paige) of Denver; daughters, Sandy Warnock (Steve) of Gastonia, and Jill Mueller (Chris) of Cornelius; eleven grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be 11 AM Friday, June 12 at James Funeral Home of Huntersville with an interment following at First Baptist Church of Huntersville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 10 AM.
