Betty Elizabeth Donaldson's Obituary
Betty Hobbs Donaldson, 86, of Huntersville died August 11, 2023. She was born on May 25, 1937 in Iredell County to the Charlie Hobbs and Matoka Robinson Jenkins. Betty worked as a librarian and was a member of Mt. Zion U.M.C.
She is preceded in death by her husband James Lamont Donaldson.
Survivors include her son John Donaldson of Todd and daughter Tina King and husband Bob of Punta Gorda, FL; sister, Lynda Elliott and husband Rick of Charlotte.
Memorials may be made to the Mt. Zion U.M.C. Cemetery Fund.
The funeral service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, August 17 at James Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1-2 PM prior. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion U.M.C. Cemetery.
