Betty Hubbard's Obituary
Betty Lucille Hubbard, 90, of Charlotte, died on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. She was born on December 9, 1930, in Charlotte, NC to the late Erskine and Daisy Hart.
Betty was retired from Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren and great grand children. She loved baking and shopping. She always put others first before herself.
In addition to her parents, Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Coolidge Hubbard and grandson Gregory Wayne Raborn.
Betty is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Walker and husband Butch; Brenda Raborn and husband Lowell; and Patricia Siniard and husband Mark; grandsons, Bryan Raborn and wife Allison; and Seth Siniard; granddaughters, Brandi Furr and husband Tim, Stefanie Lowery and husband Mark, Gina Siniard and companion Eston Overby, Briana Siniard, and Jennifer Raborn and companion Michael Lesh; and great grandchildren, Luke and Bailey Furr, Jacob and Carson Lowery, Jayson and Rylee Lesh, Brayden and April Overby, and Serenity Siniard; Sister-in-Law, Alease Hubbard; Brother-in-Law, John Busto; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
The graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2:00 PM at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Charlotte with Rev. Todd Marlin officiating. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
James Funeral Home, of Huntersville, is serving the family.
