Dear Rachel, Pam, Steve, Alan & Donna, Jacob and family, I was extremely saddened to hear about Billy‘s passing. Although I never met him in person, I heard the wonderful stories through Pam, about Billy. I met him once through a FaceTime call with Pam. He seemed like such a genuinely nice Christian man, who loved to sing too. I’ve was left speechless, after his passing, to the point that I didn’t even know what to say, except that I am so sorry, as it was so unexpected. I do want you to know though, that I have been lifting you all up in daily prayer and continually throughout my days, that God would surround you with his peace, love and his comfort. I know the days and weeks and months ahead are going to be difficult, and I just want you to know that I will be continuing to lift you up. May God grant you the comfort and peace that you all need. Billy and I went to school together in Junior High school. Many years later we worked together at Custom Fixtures for another handful of years. Billy had a kind heart and always shared that with me. Bill was a wonderful true friend. I first met him and Debbie over 30 years ago at Lakehaven church and I worked with Debbie. He missed her so much. We talked and he told me all about how they met and all. He also told me all about his family. He loved you all. I'm so glad I got to connect with him again. Bill was the person who introduced me to my husband, Bob. If I had not been sitting with Bill in church that Sunday I would have never met my wonderful husband.
