Blaise Gamble Howe's Obituary
Blaise Gamble Howe, age 31, of Davidson, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018, in Greensboro, North Carolina. He was born June 20, 1987 in Laguna Niguel, California to Andrew Joseph Howe and Kate Gamble Lassiter. Blaise grew up in Davidson, NC and was a 2010 graduate of Western Carolina University.
Blaise is survived by his parents; his brothers, Schuyler and Hunter Howe; his step father, T. Michael Lassiter Jr.; his step-siblings, Grace, Erin and Michael Lassiter; 34 cousins and 18 aunts and uncles across 15 states; his grandparents, William “BeeGee” Gamble and Elizabeth Richardson Gamble. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Robert A. Howe, Elaine Joinville Howe, Gladys Lufty Howe, Jennifer “Jeffie” Gamble; and his uncle; Dennis Howe.
Blaise was a devoted friend, brother and son. He enjoyed being outdoors, whether it was snowboarding, hiking or fishing, he always had a smile on his face. He also enjoyed music, reading and writing. He and his loving personality will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him. We are comforted knowing that Blaise is in the loving arms of God, our father, in heaven.
A memorial service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on November 10th, 2018, at Davidson United Methodist Church, 233 S. Main St., Davidson, NC. Reverend Jody Seymour will officiate. A celebration of his life will immediately follow.
