Brenda Faye Covington Wilhelm's Obituary
Brenda Faye Covington Wilhelm, 83, of Huntersville, died May 26, 2023 at Novant Medical Center-Huntersville. She was born on September 29, 1939 in Anson County to the late William and Emma Covington. She was a member of First Baptist Church-Huntersville. She loved to bake for her friends and family, even making wedding cakes. She served in the school cafeteria at Huntersville Elementary and Alexander Middle School and finished at LaPetite Academy.
She is preceded in death by her husband Gary Cooper Wilhelm; daughter, Debbie Reel; brother, Charles and sister, Frances.
Survivors include her sons, Kimmit of Huntersville and Rodney and wife Paula of Huntersville, as well as 4 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, May 28 at James Funeral Home. Visitation will follow.
