Brian Bowman's Obituary
Brian Scanlan Bowman, 35 of Huntersville, went home to be with the Lord and his mother, Pam Bowman on August 30th, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Born May 27th, 1979, he was the son of Robert “Nate” Bowman and the late Pam Bowman. Brian is survived by his wife, Jena Danielle Iannucci Bowman and his son, Hudson Jacob Bowman; father, Robert “Nate” Bowman and wife Linda Bowman; grandmother, Mary Ellen Bowman; brother, Drew and his wife, Nicole Bowman; sister Maribeth and her husband, Jonathan Pratt; sister Allyson Bowman and fiancé Jason Earnhardt; step-brother, Tanner and his wife Lauren Smith; step-sister Cameron and her husband, Sutton Flythe; step-sister Morgan Smith. Brian is also survived by his nieces and nephews Avery, Parker, Ty, Simon, and Stella; in-laws, Robert and Deborah Iannucci and brother and sister in-law, Michael and Kim Iannucci.
Brian was Vice President of Bowman Development Group and played a key role in numerous real estate projects over the past 15 years.
Although Brian’s life was cut short by cancer, Brian lived life to the fullest, making the most of every minute up until his last. Jena and Hudson were the loves of Brian’s life. Anyone who knew Brian is forever changed by his huge heart and dynamic personality. Even though he is no longer present, he will always be with us as the heart and soul of “Bowmanation.”

A viewing and visitation will be held from 4-6 PM Sunday, August 31 at James Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at Huntersville Presbyterian Church at 3 pm Monday, September 1 with Rev. Jill Smith and Rev. Linda Bowman officiating. Burial will be at Huntersville Presbyterian Cemetery.
