Carl C. Jackson Jr.'s Obituary
A native of Richmond, Virginia, Carl Jackson was born on July 14, 1949. He graduated from Armstrong High School, Howard University and UNC - Greensboro, where he earned his master's degree. He was a Vietnam War veteran with the U.S. Air Force and later worked as a law enforcement officer and criminal justice professor. Carl departed this life on July 8, 2025. He is survived by his two sons, James and David, his younger brother Alonzo, as well as a number of other relatives and friends.
