Carl Peraino's Obituary
Carl Anthony Peraino, 69, of Cornelius, passed away peacefully at his home on April 14, 2026.
Born on January 10, 1957, in Michigan, Carl was the beloved son of the late Carl and Lois Peraino.
Carl was a devoted father to his four children, Tony, Angela, Carli (Grant ) and Carl Jr.

He was a man who truly lived life on his own terms full of laughter, stories, and unforgettable moments. Carl cherished his friends, many of whom became like family to him over the years. Whether he was out on the water boating, grilling for a crowd, enjoying a good cigar and a nice bottle of wine, or traveling to new places, he found happiness in the simple pleasures of life and the people he shared them with.
A loyal sports fan, Carl passionately cheered for his hometown teams, he loved singing loudly and unapologetically to classics from Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones, and Tony Bennett.
Carl will be remembered for his larger-than-life personality, his endless storytelling, and his ability to make people laugh with his quick wit and often inappropriate jokes.
The family would also like to extend heartfelt gratitude to his former wife and dear friend Denise, who stood by his side and helped care for him in his final months with compassion and kindness.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and memories that will live on through his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
