Cornelieus Carlton “Carl” Sproles, 79, of Stanley, died August 1, 2018. He was born on January 14, 1939 to the late Vernon and Irene Sproles. He is survived by his son, Ken Sproles (Cathy) of Leonoard, TX; daughters, Kathy Young Read Obituary
So sorry to hear about your loss. I just spent a little with him, but could see the love he had for his family. His interests in life made him a fascinating person who I would have loved to have know when he was younger. Cherish your memories and he will always be with you. Love ya!

Sorry to see my old friend Carl has passed. We were colleagues many years ago in the apparel label printing and printing foil market when apparel manufacturing was a huge industry in the Souh. Had not seen him years , but he was one of the good guys.

Mr. Carl, you were such a sweet kind generous man. You will be missed by many. I wish I had made the time to get to know you better. See you in Heaven one day!
I am so sorry to hear about Carl!! I enjoyed talking to him after church in the fellowship hall with his coffee. He always had that cup. He loved his coffee. He sang many years in choir and we loved to hear that low, low bass voice.
