Charles Darius (Charlie) Massey of Davidson, NC passed away peacefully on May 14 at S. Mitchell Mack Hospice House. He lived at The Pines at Davidson with his wife, Sue since 2011. Charlie was 87 years old. Born and raised in Waxh Read Obituary
When I began working for the Massey Company in 1995, Charles was extremely supportive of me. He would always take time to teach me what he knew of our business. He had a great sense of humor. I could always rely on Charles to provide me with an endless supply of golf balls that he would collect when he played. He was always positive and I consider him a role model. I will keep Charles and all of the Massey family in my prayers.

My family is thankful to have had a chance to get to know Charles when my parents moved to the Pines and they became neighbors. We will always remember Charles’ smile and his kindness. He made my parents feel welcome and was a good friend to them. Sue & Family, we are so sorry for your loss and our prayers are with you all.
