Charles Taylor's Obituary
Charles Richard Taylor, 67, of Huntersville died August 20, 2017. He was born on November 12, 1949 in Syracuse, NY to the late Woodrow and Katherine Taylor. He is the retired owner of American Home Improvement. His hobbies included cars, motorcycles, guitars and spending time with family—especially on Christmas Eve.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Kathy Taylor; sister, Sandra Vogel; numerous nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Kathryn Mancuso; sister-in-law, Jean Choplinsky; brother-in-laws, Joe Mancuso, Harvey Rima and Bill Vogel; and his beloved dog Chloe. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Joan Rima and Nancy Burdick.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Hopital.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Thursday, August 24 at James Funeral Home. The funeral mass will be held at 11 AM Friday at St. Mark Catholic Church. A graveside service will follow at Northlake Memorial Gardens.
