Christine Ballard's Obituary
Christine Ballard, 70, of Statesville, passed away Friday, November 7th, 2025. She was born on February 25th, 1955, in Fort Valley, GA to the late Clarence and Betty McGee.
Christine studied Bachelors in Radiology at The Medical College of Georgia and held a profession as an OBGYN Registered Ultrasound Technician. Christine was a devoted mother, grandmother, wife, and friend to many. She enjoyed traveling and watching sunrises. She always had a smile on her face and loved to laugh and have fun.
Christine is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Betty McGee. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Clint Ballard; her children, Bobby Walling (Jessica) of Roswell, GA, and Jonathan Walling (Tiffany) of Monroe, NC; step-children, Brittney Ballard, Racheal Ballard (Quinn); and grandchildren, Logan, Whitney, Jack, Fallon, Leo, Elliot, Binny-Lee; sisters Betty Lynn Slappey (David) of GA, Terrie Hogue of GA, Mary Kirksey of TX; brother, Ernie McGee (Wendy); and many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th, 1:00pm at James Funeral Home of Huntersville.
