Claire Usher's Obituary
Claire Pierce Usher, 84, of Charlotte, went to be with the Lord on March 27 at her home. She was born on December 27, 1932 in NY, NY to the late Hosea and Evelyn Pierce. She worked as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at Penn State University.
Survivors include her son, Robert and wife Debra of Huntersville and grandchildren, Steve Swift, Jason Swift and Amber Workman.

A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon Wednesday, March 29 in the chapel of James Funeral Home with visitation to follow.
