I have the fondest memories of Darwin from working with him at the U.S. Postal Service. He was one of the nicest men I have ever met. My sister, who also worked at the Post Office was the Secretary in his office, and I had a detail there working for Mr. Breeden. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was very laid back and kind. My deepest condolences to his family. I am sure that Darwin was as wonderful a Husband and Father, as he was a human being. God Bless you all.
