David Fernando Ramirez,'s Obituary
David Fernando Ramirez, Sr., 74, of Charlotte, NC passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at his residence.
He was born on November 26, 1942 in Cook County, Illinois and was the son of the late Fernando and Lucille Lukasik Ramirez. He was a member of the U.S. Army Honor Guard at Arlington Cemetery in Fort Myer, VA.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Rosemay Witters Ramirez; two sons, David Ramirez and wife Cindy of China Grove, NC, and Philip Ramirez and wife Rebecca of Huntersville, NC; daughter, Dawn Martin and husband Chad of Matthews, NC; sister, Sandi Ziemek of Broomfield, CO; two brothers, Paul Ramirez of Chicago, IL and Fernando Ramirez of Salido, CO; six grandchildren, Ian, Samuel, Ty, Isabella, Fiona and Rachel.
A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at 3:00 PM, at James Funeral Home Chapel.
