Dear Arlene,
Suzanne and I were deeply saddened when we learned of Dave’s passing. We share in your grief and sudden loss of such a kind, gentle, good-humored and humble person. Dave was always a pleasure to be around and we will miss our get-togethers and his company. We’re sure Dave doesn’t want us to grieve too long for him and we’ll try to honor that by remembering how much fun he was to be around. We’ll miss you, Dave, but we will see you again one day. Save us some places at the table. With our love and prayers.
