David Richard Desmond's Obituary
David Desmond, 71, of Charlotte, died October 19, 2011 at Levine Dickson Hospice House. He was born on May 8, 1940 to
Raymond and Jeannette Desmond.
He is preceded in death by his brother Raymond Desmond.
He is survived by his wife Lois Bridges Desmond; step-daughter, Diane Coulson and husband Rick of Cornelius; step-son, Douglas Dillingham and wife Jennifer of Belmont; sister Janet Dodge and husband Bob of Gastonia; and 2 grandchildren, Kylie and Christopher Coulson.
Memorials may be made to Levine Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Dr. Huntersville, NC 28078.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 Friday, October 21, 2011 at the Hudson Chapel of Northside Baptist Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn West.
