We are so saddened by David’s passing! He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend; kind, caring, and funny. Everyone loved to be around him! Coach Riggins was as kind and caring as any person could be. He enjoyed bringing happiness to other people through his wit and humor.

So very sorry for your loss. I met David in 1975 and we became friends. He was a wonderful and caring guy.
He always kept me in the loop about needs of the athletes. He cared about their well being. He also loved to make fun of my soccer socks. I gave him a pair when he retired.
