Dennis Franklin Morgan Sr.'s Obituary
Dennis Franklin Morgan, Sr., 75, of Huntersville, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. He was born on September 17, 1950 in Charlotte, the son of the late Jimmy Franklin Morgan and Barbara Jean Edwards Morgan.
Dennis is survived by his wife Louise Gibson Morgan; son, Dennis F. Morgan, Jr.; daughter, Susan Morgan Williams and husband, Wesley Williams; siblings, Larry Dean Morgan, Rebecca Darlene Morgan, James Robin Morgan, Jamie Earl Morgan, and Jimmy Dale Morgan; grandchildren, Nathaniel Morgan and Natalie Williams; and a great grandchild, Alexandria Bryant.
Dennis loved spending time with his family and gardening. He also enjoyed the outdoors, wildlife, watching western movies and exercising.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 1:00 - 2:00 PM at James Funeral Home of Huntersville. A funeral service, officiated by John T. Hill, will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00 PM.
