Dennis Perry's Obituary
Dennis Earl Perry Jr. (Bubby)
February 3, 1986- February 19, 2016
God has granted this amazing young man his wings to fly forever with him now.
“Little Dennis” was born in Horry County SC to Dennis Earl Perry Sr. (Sabrina) of Charlotte and Alesia Bailey Stone of Hinton, WV.
He became a native to Charlotte at a very young age. He was a 2004 Graduate of North Mecklenburg High School and continued his education at CPCC. At the time of his passing he was a heavy equipment operator.
He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Raymond Bailey, paternal grandparents Daniel Perry Sr. and Ruby Mae Gainey. Uncles Danny and Kenneth Perry, and aunt Sheila Watson.
He is survived in death by his parents, his brother Brandon Perry, 2 step sisters Kalin Tench and Ashlin Hodges, two beautiful nieces, Laylah Beam and Addilee Perry, cousins Dillon Burks, Bailey Snipes, Preston Snipes and many Perry cousins.
Two Aunts and one uncle that definitely claimed him as their own- Twyla Burks, Tonya Snipes and Timmy Snipes. And the most special, best of the best Grandmother Nellie Bailey.
Bubby also had a huge circle of friends. Some he saw often while some had moved away or gotten married but would always be there in a moment’s notice if called upon. He had such an awesome personality, easy to love, quick to forgive, all with the most infectious smile and laugh. He, hands down was the most prideful person with his appearance. Always groomed and dressed to impress. He leaves us all with such a hole in our hearts, but we know this sweet, loving, caring soul has gone on to a much better place where he will join the Lord with his family and friends that have passed before him and will rejoice eternally.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital.
Visitation will be held at James Funeral Home from 6-8 PM Thursday, February 25. The graveside service will be held at 2 PM Friday at Northlake Memorial Gardens in Huntersville.
James Funeral Home of Huntersville is serving the family.
