Dianne and I met over 35 years ago on a cocker spaniel board. We had a connection that never ended. She always said we were sisters. We had emails, cards, phone calls and visits. Our husbands were great friends We went to South Carolina spring and fall for years. They were with us at Disney on our 25th anniversary and shared a chalet in Smokey Mountains.
After our husbands died we stayed in touch with daily phone calls and a visit.
She was my sister, my best friend and we couldn't have been closer.
I miss her daily phone calls, her laugh, friendship and love,
.I am so thankful and blessed God brought her into my life.
My thoughts and prayers are with Audrey and Rebecca, whom I love.
I pray God will comfort them and watch over them.
I pray for Rocco, her last cocker spaniel who is probably waiting for mom to come home. I am glad he is with Rebecca,
As for favorite memory there are many, One is the luau we did with Dianne and Tommy, Rebecca and Rob and friends at Spartanburg. Decorations, Hawaiian leis, bonfire and food. So much fun.
