Dominic Joseph Intoppa's Obituary
Infant Dominic Joseph Intoppa, of Cornelius, NC and West Jefferson, NC, passed away on October 6, 2013 at Ashe Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include his parents, Tim and Melissa Chastaine Intoppa; his brother, Samual Intoppa; grandparents, Ann Potts, Charles Chastaine, Tina & Dominic Intoppa; aunts & uncles, Tony & Gina Intoppa, Amanda & Charles Chastaine, and Shannon & Russell Bryson; and numerous cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2013, at 11:00 AM, at Bethel Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Cornelius, NC with Rev. Bill Cain officiating.
Memorials can be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 419 South Hawthorne Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
