Donald Noe's Obituary
Donald Frederick Noe (Don) of Charlotte, NC died November 24, 2020 at Novant Hospital/ Huntersville after a short illness.
A native of Norfolk, VA he was the son of the late Charles H Noe Sr. and Dorothy Witmer Noe. He is survived by his loving wife of thirty- three years, Deborah Clarke Noe, his daughter, Joy (Bozeman, MT.) and his son, Donald (Columbia, SC).
Also surviving Don is his brother Chuck (Randy Peacock), his nieces: Jodie Musselwhite (Mac), Laurie Ross (Jack) and Sharon Nell (David) his grandnephews: Hunter and Harrison Ross, Connor Nell and special friends in his life: Janei Robinson (Chambersburg, PA) and Robb Finger (Mooresville, NC).
Don attended public schools in Florida and Ohio and was active in many activities. He attended college at Duke University in Durham NC where he was president of his fraternity Delta Tau Delta and received a business degree concentrated in the marketing area. He began his professional career with NCR Corp. in Dayton, Ohio in marketing.
Moving to Charlotte, NC he dabbled in several ventures before discovering his true passion for property management. He started his own company and was soon active with homeowner boards in the Lake Norman area and elsewhere.

There will be no funeral service.
