Doris Elaine Miller Gove, age 68, of Charlotte, NC. died on Monday, November 20, 2017. She was the only child of the late Owen Richard Miller and Margaret Reid Miller and the widow of Peter Bradford Gove whom she married on Novemb Read Obituary
Doris was a high school classmate of mine and we had reconnected in the last few years and I so enjoyed Doris and her great sense of humor. She will be missed so much. Your family will be in my prayers through this very difficult time.
Dear Precious Family of Doris Gove,
Doris was my school friend from NMHS. We had reconnected in the last couple of years with a group of ladies from NMHS. We were the "lunch buddies". We had so much fun getting together and Doris made it as often as she could. We always tried to encourage her to join us and when she felt well enough to, she always seemed to enjoy herself.
She will be missed. Our gatherings won't be the same.
My heart goes out to all of you but I am sure that she was excited to join her dear Pete in Heaven. Much love and prayers to all of you.

I will miss Doris more than words can express. We had been friends a long time. She was so special. Knowing her all these years was a blessing I'm sure was experienced by many. She was someone to talk to, a friend, a supporter, and her smile and sense of humor, what a void in my life she leaves. Prayers and blessings to you Wendy and family, I'm so sorry for you're loss.
