Douglas Frank Allison's Obituary
Douglas “Doug” Frank Allison, of Cornelius, NC., passed away Friday, December 13, 2013 at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC.
He entered this world in Oklahoma, OK and was the son of Jack Ellis and Margaret Haferland Allison. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathy Kornemann Allison of Cornelius; four beautiful children, Susan Wissinger and husband Mark of Winter Park, FL, Kevin Allison and wife Terry of Westlake Village, CA, Christine Vaccarella and husband Jon of Fairfield, CT and Stacy Kandel and husband Dustin of Pataskala, OH; a sister, Penny Fiscalini of Port Angeles, WA; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013, at 11:00 AM at St. Marks Catholic Church in Huntersville, NC.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 6000 Fairview Road, Suite 200, Charlotte, NC 28210 and / or the SECU Family House, 123 Old Mason Farm Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27517 and / or the Levine & Dickson Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078.
