Tommy,I am curious as to wehhter you are still trying to stay in ketosis? Or is this not important to you at the moment? I read you stopped measuring due to cost of the testing strips, and your food still seems high enough on fat to be in ketosis. What do you think? Thank you.
I wanted you to know how much My family and I enjoyed playing Trivia with Tommy. We enjoyed his lively company and enthusiasm when he got an answer right. I ran into him at the Food Lion also. He helped clean up a jar of sauce I dropped and broke. I was so embarrassed. Tommy was very helpful and kind. He will be missed. Our sincere condolences to his family.

Tommy will be missed by his trivia family. His knowledge of 80s Rock music was remarkable. He was a very sweet person and glad I knew him.
I'm writing to express my deepest sympathy to each member of Tommy's family, especially his mother. He was a remarkable young man and a credit to himself, as well as to those who nurtured and cared for him. In spite
of his limitations, he ALWAYS appeared well-groomed, self-confident, and conscientious about his work. It was obvious that he came from a home where there was love and the nurturing of self esteem.
I came to know Tommy at the Food Lion store in Cornelius, where I frequently saw him and admired his work ethic. I miss him now, and I hope he remembers the note I sent to him last summer. I learned about his illness a few days after my daughter died, and I wrote to tell Tommy to look for her in heaven. They would like each other, I'm sure.
Sincerely,
Rita Simpson
