Elbert Bailey Pressley's Obituary
Elbert Bailey Pressley, age 78, of Huntersville, died on Tuesday, November 27, 2018. He was one of six children born to the late Luther Raymond Pressley and Flora Watson Pressley.
He was also the husband of Brenda Sue Marlow Pressley for more than 51 years.
Mr. Pressley was born in Mecklenburg County on February 28, 1940. He worked as an electrician in the construction industry. He and Sue loved to go to the beach and one of their last trips was to see the lighthouse.
Services for Mr. Pressley are pending.
In addition to his wife, Sue, Mr. Pressley is survived by his stepchildren, Johnny Edwards of Huntersville and Susie Baker (Larry); two granddaughters, Katie and Sarah Baker all of Charlotte and a large extended family including nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Betty, Everette, Dickie, Pat and Effie.
