Elizabeth Mundy Kloeckler's Obituary
Elizabeth Mundy Kloeckler, 74, was liberated from her pain and suffering on Friday, January 29, 2021 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
Elizabeth was born on July 2, 1946 in Charlotte, NC to Harry Lee Mundy and Beatrice Hager Mundy. She is survived by her husband, Fred, of 46 years; sons Matthew and Nathan; grandchildren Damien and Wyatt Kloeckler. Elizabeth is also survived by her sisters, Martha Jordan, Judith Fleming, and Vivian Johnson; brother Dale Mundy (wife Helen); sister-in-law Phyllis Mundy; nephews Curtis and Bryan Mundy, Michael Jordan, Greg Burke, Jonathan Williams, Keith and Kevin Johnson; nieces Nicole Taylor, Kistin Jordan, and Stephanie Read.
Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Beatrice Mundy; brother Kenneth Mundy; and sister Linda Mundy.
Elizabeth graduated from North Mecklenburg High School in 1964. She worked for St. Paul Insurance Company, as an adjuster, in Charlotte. She met and married Fred Kloeckler, in 1974, when he was stationed at the naval base in Charleston, SC. They lived here until their son, Matthew, was two years old. They moved to Oklahoma when Fred took a job with the Army Corp. of Engineers. They were also blessed with two grandchildren, Damien and Wyatt of Sapulpa OK.

A graveside service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, March 21, at Hopewell Presbyterian Church.
