Elizabeth Strickland's Obituary
Ms. Elizabeth Anne Strickland passed away June 25, 2021 at her home in Charlotte NC.
Elizabeth was raised on a farm in Huntersville NC, which was the beginning of her love and special bond with animals. Elizabeth also enjoyed cooking, gardening and most of all spending time with her family. She was an administrative assistant for Strickland Water Proofing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Strickland.
Elizabeth is survived by her son, Dustin Smith, daughters, Amber Strickland, Destiny Grier, grandchildren; Ayden Smith, Elliana Barr, brother, Randy Strickland, sister, Ronda Strickland Santiago, and many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Charlotte Humane Society, 2700 Langley Rd., Charlotte, NC 28269.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 30 with funeral services starting at 2 p.m. at James Funeral Home.
