My deepest condolences to the family and friends with all my heart. I met Liz a couple of times while shopping at Food Lion. We would tease about the unwanted boyfriends, Arthur(arthritis), & Nick(night sweats because of menopause, that should have been gone a long time ago). So, in other words we laughed about getting older. Felt young at heart but our bodies sometimes said sit down. She didn't meet any strangers & could hold a conversation. She will be Truly missed & she was a joy.
Liz loved life, and had a big heart. She was kindhearted and generous to a fault. She never shied away from helping others, despite her own challenges. I have many fond memories and endless stories of paddling and camping with her 2021-2024.
May she rest peacefully, without pain, troubles and worries.
My friends and I met her at cookout and talked with her for 30-45 min. She was so sweet, funny, and fun. Before leaving we prayed over her and I told her I would buy her the things that she needs. The next day I went to cookout and dropped off a box of clothing for her
I’ve known Liz since 4th grade. From trick-or- treating when we were little, to keg parties in high school, to wilder keg parties after high school, to visits to California and later to Wisconsin when our kids were young, we were friends until the end. When April 30 rolls around, I’ll always remember her and smile.
I hope she’s at peace
I have many memories with Liz.
She loved her girls and the outdoors.
The picture with the two strange guys is from the mid 80’s not long after she moved to California, a tire blew on her little Toyota truck while we were on a busy California highway ( the 405?). She got us safely to the shoulder where these guys pulled over almost immediately and changed the tire for us. I don’t know if you can tell from the picture but she is flipping me off.
I have many good memories with my friend Liz.
Rest in peace dear friend.
My sincere condolences to all of family and friends. I met Elizabeth a few years ago. I was her mail lady. She was very sweet and caring. She will tell anyone she saved my life. I had a asthma attack on the route across the street from her house. Even though she ill, could hardly walk, and it had started to rain Elizabeth sprang into action, making her way across the street talking me down trying to keep me calm and making sure the ambulance had been called. She stayed with me until the EMTs got there. I ve spoken to her a few times in the past couple of weeks and I was deeply saddened the way things had been going for her. But she was still holding on even playing a inspirational song for me because I was feel down. She will truly be missed😪🙏🏾

Liz was a very sweet and a very caring person.
