Elsie Starkey Beer, 95, of Roanoke, VA, formerly of Huntersville,passed away on Friday, September 6, 2019.
She was a member and Past Matron of Electa Chapter No. 33 OES. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 9, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM at Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel with the Rev. Carol Johnston officiating. An Eastern Star service will also be conducted prior to the funeral by Electa Chapter No. 33 OES. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
