Ernesto Marrero's Obituary
Ernesto Marrero, 28, of Charlotte, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025. He was born on January 18, 1997, in Manhattan, NY to Mary Ann Marrero and the late Angel Marrero Jr.
Ernesto graduated highschool in 2015 from Charlotte Catholic highschool in Pineville. Then continued to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2019. Upon graduating, he started his professional career as an accountant at Parsons Corporation. Ernesto enjoyed different variations of art, jewelry, playing video games, investing, and entertaining others with card tricks. In addition to his mother, survivors include his brother, Angel Marrero III; his sister, Angelina Marrero.
Visitation:The visitation service will be held on Monday, August 18, 5-7 pm at James Funeral Home of Huntersville (10520 Arahova Dr, Hunstersville, NC 28078). Church Service:Beginning at 12:45 pm on Tuesday, August 19, Ernesto's casket will pass by the Marrero home (3413 Dominion Green Drive, Charlotte NC, 28269) prior to the church service. Mass will be held at 2:00 pm at St. Mark Catholic Church (14740 Stumptown Rd, Huntersville, NC 28070). Mass will be live-streamed at https://www.stmarknc.org/livestream
