Faye Lovelace's Obituary
Faye Fidler Lovelace, 88, native of Huntersville, NC, went to her heavenly home on January 13, 2016.
Faye had been a resident of The Haven in Pineville under the care of Hospice since April 27, 2015. Faye was born March 7, 1927 to the late Reece and Edna Fidler. She was an avid storyteller and loved people. She served as a supervisor for Magla Products in Huntersville for over twenty years. She was a life time member of the Huntersville United Methodist Church and enjoyed singing in the choir.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathy Wilkinson and husband Fred of Charlotte; son-in-law, Michael Schaefer of Tucker, GA, grandson Brian Comer and wife Zoe; great grandchildren, Taylor and Jacob. In addition to her parents, Faye is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; daughter Debbie; sister Barbara Pope and four other siblings.
A celebration of life service will be held at James Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ken Roth officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery in Cornelius, NC.
Memorials may be made to The Haven at Carolina Village in Pineville, NC and Dudley’s Home Health, Inc., Mooresville, NC. Faye dearly loved all who provided her with excellent care and the family is deeply appreciative.
