Foy Phillips' Obituary
Foy Lee Phillips, 84, of Charlotte died January 2, 2022. He was born on June 22, 1937 in Mecklenburg County to the late John Robert and Fannie Mae Phillips.
He was preceded in death by his wife Kay Phillips; son Michael Phillips; brothers, Brooks, Howard and David; sisters, Virginia, Bobbie Mae and Carolyn.
Survivors include his daughter, Beverly Sipe and husband Randy of Charlotte; brother, Gary Neil Phillips; sister, Eloise Lockler; grandchildren, Lindsey Kizer and husband Payton, Hunter and Harrison.
A funeral service will be held at 3 PM Friday, January 7 at Pleasant Grove U.M.C. Visitation will be 2-3 prior in the sanctuary. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
